Have you tried the following?

When Using the Mobile App...

Download the most recent version of the mobile community app. And be sure to delete any previous versions of the app. Mobile Classic is no longer supported.

                         iTunes                          OR                             Google Play

> In the Jive URL field, enter 'community.pennfoster.edu'

> Tap Continue

> Enter your username and password
