I am not sure why you have the message the says "High School Proof Letter - Action Require". I have checked the School's message center system and this message is not listed as being on your record. It is possible that the message existed at one time and now only the link to the message remains on your student portal. If you are concerned I suggest that you contact Student Care at 1-888-427-1000 to inquire whether they are waiting for some information from you.
