Hello Brittany: I am sorry to hear that you have had some difficulty opening the "Welcome Letter". I accessed your student portal and had no problems when I clicked on the link to the "Welcome Letter". I see that you are using Microsoft Word to open the PDF files. Do you have Adobe Reader installed on your system? You may have more success if you try opening the "Letter" with Adobe Reader. You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader from a link on the "My Courses" tab on your portal.
