I sent an email 6 days ago asking for clarification on the Research Paper for HRM355. I sent another followup email two days ago and still have not received ANY replies whatsoever.
Today I called both the admin office and the student care office at 4:50 MTN time. There was no answer at either place but the recording claims that business hours are until 5pm MTN time.
What kind of Customer Service is this? What does it take to get an answer to a simple question? Why can't anyone respond by email to this question?
This is an online course but every time I ask a question through email it takes several weeks to get a reply, if I get one at all.
