Hello Renae Ferrer: I am sorry to hear that you received incorrect lesson materials. I see from your record that you changed your address since Module 4 was shipped to you. You should contact Student care to confirm the address and to request a replacement module. You can call Student Care at 1-888-427-1000. Or, you can send an e-mail to Student Care from your portal. To do this you should click on the "Help Center" link on the left side of the portal page, click on "Find Answers/Ask A Question", type anything into the search field and click on "Search", and then click on the "Ask a Question" tab. Fill out the form, selecting "General Support" for the department, and submit it to the School. A Student Care representative will reply as soon as possible.
