i paid a 75 dollar extension and my course has been expired and i my account tells me i good til october i dont understand. please help

Hi my name is Brittany I don't understand why my course Medical billing has been expired when I paid May additional 75 dollars to stay in this course longer even in my account tells me i Have til Oct. Is there a way i can get this fix please or have answers so i can fix it.
