Greetings - I paid my course in full and PF will NOT give me a letter stating I graduated but they have my money. This is a HUGE problem - I was told to wait 3 days. I may loose a vital job opportunity this week, can anyone pull a miracle?

When you pay in full and you take someone's money, you should provide the service - if I loose this job opportunity because I need to wait 3 days, PF is not the school I thought it was.
