I am attempting to make a payment online, with no success so far.
I have already searched for the "Make a Payment" option under the "What would you like to do?" heading in the Student Portal, but this does not appear.
When I do click on "Make a Payment" link provided by the account alert in the Student Portal, all it does is redirect me back to the login page. When I log in, I go right back to the Student Portal page, thus going in circles and accomplishing nothing.
Although it is after hours, I attempted to call the phone number listed in the "Monthly Payments" info page, as it claims to let you make "payments through our automated phone system 24 hours a day." While I was allowed to leave a message for a callback, I found no automated service option allowing me to actually make my payment.
I hope this gets fixed and made more user-friendly soon. I don't find it very promising when a school or business makes it more difficult for you to give them money.
