On the payment screen does it show automatic payment and the date to be withdrawn? If so it should be ok. I have noticed that it is not always withdrawn on the date it shows. This happens on my other auto pay accounts too. If they notify you that you are past due and payment has not been withdrawn, then call Student Care. It is a computer process and there are glitches with systems. This happened to me recently on my Verizen account and they were even trying to charge me a late fee. After I called them it was corrected and was a glitch on their end. Good luck!
