I have checked your student portal and I could not open the message either. I accessed the School's Message Center system and there is a message with the heading "High School Proof Letter - Action Required" but there is no text in the body of this message, which is probably why we could not open it. I am not sure what the message wants you to do. I suggest that you contact Student Care at 1-888-427-1000 to find out if they require something from you. Take care and have a great day!
