Because we are working diligently to improve the service that we provide to, in particular that of the International team, the easiest way for you to get this corrected is to use the following steps straight from your Student Portal.
First click the "Help Center" tab at the top right of the screen. Then try searching for an answer. Then you can click the "Ask a Question" tab.
Type in your request and make sure to select "General Support" from the drop-down box.
