I am so sorry you're having difficulties with your shipment. I would recommend taking advantage of the Live Chat option so you can receive immediate help. I love using this tool when I need immediate assistance!! The best way to navigate your way to the live chat option is...
1. From your personal homepage, scroll to the upper right to "Help Center" & click on it
2. You will be directed to the online Help Center.
3. Above the area where you can type your question there are links you can click to go to "questions," "answers," "ask a question," and "chat"
4. Click on the Chat link and you will be able to receive Live Help.
Remember it's only Monday-Friday, so you can receive Live Help tomorrow morning!!
