I do not want to speak to a call center rep. That is part of the reason why I got frustrated. Everyone's favorite answer is "call Student care" and they sound like a broken record. These reps are not helpful at all. I had a couple of issues and when I emailed student care, I did not get a reply to one email. I also had a bug in my student portal where my exam date did not update. The student care rep replied "that is just a gudie to help you with the program" (misspelled the word guide, smh). I had to complain on the PF facebook page and then a supervisor asked me to send a message. They sent a request to technical support and the issue was fixed. It's ridiculous.
