That would be helpful IF you a. were able to get through to them when you had that access to call during business hours as most are NOT afforded that luxury to make personal calls when they are at work. It seems that this was forgotten as the promises of the upgrade was to improve the student's ability to touch base with folks at Penn Foster. Give folks the access to a dedicated and highly visible place to direct e-mails to student care without having to navigate through cumbersome and messy forums and threads.
