Why does Penn Foster not send out 1098 -T forms?
You cannot deduct your tuition costs from Penn Foster because we are not a Title IV funded school - What Is A Title IV School?. We are not eligible for Federal Grants or Financial aid. Penn Foster is an accredited school. We are not eligible for Title IV because of our open enrollment (no traditional Spring/Fall semesters) which do not qualify a student for FULL TIME or PART TIME enrollment.
Penn Foster offers zero percent interest payment plans on all tuition. You pay no interest towards your education at Penn Foster.
