We do have a list of colleges that have accepted the Penn Foster diploma. Continuing your Education after High School with help from Penn Foster However, it is up t students to find out whether or not a college or school accept Penn Foster. It is actually pretty easy. You just have to call the school's admissions department and as if they accept a Penn Foster diploma. I have done so before, and the answer was yes!
I am unaware what the terms are internationally, but you may have to call or contact an admissions counselor by email. Penn Foster is international, so I would imagine that there are schools that know about and will accpet Penn Foster (internationally). Like I said, it is up to you/us to find out.
