Hey there Kalalawrence, online books are not shipped. If the book is online you can find it in your "My Course" page under "Program Supplements" then you will see "Vital Souces Guide", click on that and it will help you access your text book. If you need to access a study guide, that will be on your "My Course" page under the current course you are taking.
