Have you started the "Introduction to Paralegal Studies" class? After being away from anything resembling "school" for nearly 15 years I found this class very valuable in terms of teaching me how to work in this "online school" environment.
If you have a smartphone, download the "Study Planner" App (check under "My Courses" in the Student Portal). It's like having the steps to follow to complete the Courses right in your hand/pocket/purse/backpack/etc.
The main thing is that you go steady at whichever pace is best for you. The pace will be different for each class, but find your pace and stick to it.
