Hello there!
The answer to your question is no. The High School Diploma with Early College credits are just that (a High School Diploma). The cool thing about the Early college courses is that they replace the normal elective credits that you take for High School with "dual credits" that can be applied to college programs later on. While in High School these courses just count as elective credits- which you need to graduate.
If you were to drop these classes, you would still have to take other High School elective courses. Here are the elective course descriptions: http://lessons.pennfoster.com/pdf/tu007403.pdf.
If you still wish to change your electives you can easily access the forms and proceed yourself. You can find said forms by choosing "Electronic Forms" in the "What would you like to do" box located on the right-hand side of your My Courses page. The forms are pretty easy to follow.
Another thing to consider is that it will cost you $10 per elective credit (you need 5 elective credits to graduate) and $40 per elective credits that the textbooks have already been shipped. Also, when I switched from High School with Health Care Concentration to High School with Early College Courses my Student ID number changed.
I hope that this answers your question. If you need anymore help, please don't hesitate to ask me or Student CARE Forum. Best of luck!
