Good day,
I am having difficulties keeping up with my program and would like to apply for a Study time extension in order to catch up. I can not see the option to do that under the Fees box, as detailed above. I went to Student Account > Make a payment. I can not see any option to apply for the extension anywhere.
Could you kindly point me in the direction that will enable me to make this extension before the semester actually comes to an end.
