About Retake Exams:

  • A retake exam will be available immediately to allow you to review the material and receive a higher grade.
  • You may retake any multiple-choice exam if you took it the first time on or after May 21, 2013.  You may retake it whether you passed or failed the initial exam.  You must take it within 30 days of the initial exam, and you will receive the higher of the two grades earned.
  • Other types of exams cannot be retaken unless the initial grade is failing.
    • Below 65% for High School and Career School students
    • Below 70% for College students
    • The retake is pass/fail, that is, you cannot earn higher than the passing grade; your second score is your final grade for the lesson.
  • An exam can only be retaken once.
  • Retake exams are exactly the same as the initial exam.
  • Please see the Optional Retake F.A.Q. for more information
