When you go over the Starting Your Program digital study guide, you will learn about a lot of resources provided by Penn Foster that can help you succeed.

I need to see how many webinar hours I have. where can I find that?

Once I finish all of my courses, and get my tuition paid off, will I get any money back?

Will I get any money back after I have completed all of my courses?

I have just taken screen shots of my homepage to show i am in school.

I am a participant of the CDA certificate program. I completed the program rather quickly. Is it possible for me to switch over to the Associates degree program and add the remaining balance of the CDA program to the cost of the Associates program? Do I have to wait until I completely pay off the CDA program costs before moving on to the Associates program? Also, is the cost of the Associates program any cheaper since I completed some of the credits needed already?

My mom signed me up when I was 17 and I am now 18 and close to graduating. I never knew what the alert mean by sign your contract but I looked it up and it seems that that's something I need to do. There's no link for me to sign it online so I guess I'm wondering if the system still thinks i'm a minor and that's why it wont let me sign it. Help?

Congratulations! All that is left for you to do now is to wait for your certificate of completion document to come through the mail. Our records indicate that we began preparing your certificate on 06/18/15. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive it from that date.

Hello!

The entire amount of the money paid goes toward your tuition and associated fees, which are given to you as the total cost of the program when you enroll. So, there is no refund once you graduate because we only charged what it costs to offer the courses. The upside of this is that we never charge more than you owe!

Jayda, all textbooks are covered in our tuition therefore they are ours to keep. So feel free to scribble, highlight and make notes..whatever is needed to help you learn and pass those Exams!

I have the same problem.. Way to long to get graded paper back. So I had to pay for an extension. Then I have to wait and can't submit more work until I get grade back which is about 2-3 weeks By that time I'm behind again. Frustrated. Whoever takes English composition good luck nothing but tons of essays and weeks to get back.

I have completed a course, moving on to the next one and it tells me I need to wait 10 business days for books (once they ship?!)

also i cannot move on to a new course of course. how do i fix this? I paid for these books months ago, why have I not received them?

Can someone help me out, I tried to email someone about my studies, and no one has responed. I need to know how to tell someone that I do not want to be in this schooling any longer.... I am only after my first part, and have not even sent in my first proctor exam yet. Please help me.

It might be best to speak with a Student Care Rep Tel #: 1-888-427-1000 and they will be able to explain your options. They open at 9am.
